Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing time may not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other delays outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Girls Match is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us at hello@shopgirlsmatch.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Girls Match is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, household members, or building/mailroom first.
